Ben is a licensed builder who has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years in a wide variety of roles including project management, general management and self funded development projects. Ben works hands on with new clients to provide as much impartial information as possible so they can make informed decisions about their property asset.

“I completed my first development in 2010 and at the time thought making money was going to be as easy as shelling peas. Like everyone I had heard the stories of people doubling their money overnight and becoming millionaires on the back of simply building some townhouses. Boy was I wrong. Once I navigated  the construction industry, bank and loan requirements, not to mention councils and their hidden fees there was not a lot left by way of profit. I had to ask the question. Is this worth it?

Over the next nine years I spent time working in all aspects of the construction industry learning a range of different skills and jobs. I came to the realization that making money out of development was about two things, eliminating the unknown and paying attention to the details”
